Trans-Hydraulic Fluid

Description

Trans-Hydraulic Fluid is a multi-purpose tractor hydraulic fluid for most common sump farm or industrial tractors. It meets or exceeds the service requirements for most modern tractor manufacturers. Trans-Hydraulic Fluid is the industry leader in the fields of gear wear, rust and corrosion protection, and friction material performance. It is compatible with other fluid formulations and can be used as a top-off fluid or for complete fluid changes. For best results, it is recommended to completely change fluid. Customers must be aware that when topping-off, they may not receive all the complete performance benefits of Trans-Hydraulic Fluid, or may void the performance guarantee.

Application

Trans-Hydraulic Fluid is recommended for use in applications that combine transmission, differential, power take-off, wet brake, wet clutch, and power steering fluids in one common reservoir. This includes the complex Powershift transmissions.

- Exceeding requirements for John Deere JDQ95 gear test, Massey-Ferguson 4-square gear test and CL-20 gear test.

Extends Life of Hydrostatic Drives
- Exceeding requirements of Allison C4 Vane pump test and John Deere JD84 Axial Piston Pump test (water contamination).

Extends Lubricant Lite
- Meets the requirements of Allison C4 oxidation test.

Improved Brake Performance
- Exceeds performance of allison C4 paper clutch friction test, Allison C4 graphite clutch friction test, Massey-Ferguson IPTO clutch test, Ford 8340 high-energy clutch test, John Deere JDQ94 PST clutch test and John Deere JDQ96 brake capacity test.

Reduces Brake Noise
- Demonstrated in test performance of John Deere tractors (including 4600 series), New Holland tractors (including 5010 series) and Volvo wheeled loaders (including L50 C & L 90D models).  Significantly reduces brake noise in sensitive equipment while maintaining braking capacity

Excellent Shear Stability
- Trans Hydraulic Fluid has a very shear stable oil additive package.  Shear stable oil allows for enhanced engine protection and provides time and money savings that result from longer oil life.

 

Availability

Trans-Hydraulic Fluid is available in 205 litre & 110 litre drums, 20 litre pails, 10 litre jugs (2 per case) and 5 litre jugs (4 per case).
